Code of conduct

A short page on how members treat each other here.

1. This is a private room

Next Pillar Academy is for owners and operators who are here to learn from each other. Everyone in it has paid to be there, and everyone is treated as a peer. Be the kind of member you would want in your own room.

2. What is said here stays here

  • Treat what members share about their businesses (numbers, plans, problems, customers) as confidential.
  • Do not screenshot, copy or repeat it outside the Academy without the person’s permission.
  • Do not share lessons, replays, transcripts or the weekly report outside the Academy. See the Terms.
  • Share your own numbers only if you are comfortable. Never share someone else’s.

3. Treat people with respect

  • Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks.
  • No discrimination or hateful content about who someone is.
  • No sexual content, and no unwanted contact. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
  • Give the benefit of the doubt, and ask before you assume.

4. No pitching

  • Do not advertise your products, services or offers in the feed, in comments or in direct messages.
  • Do not message members you do not know in order to sell to them, and do not collect members’ details from the directory or profiles.
  • Sharing what you built, or answering a question with a resource, is welcome. Selling is not.
  • Links must be honest. If a link earns you money, say so next to it.

5. Peer talk is not professional advice

What members and the team share is conversation and general education. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Do not present your opinion as professional advice to someone else, and do not rely on another member’s post for a decision that needs a professional. Say plainly when you are unsure.

6. Be real

  • One person, one membership. Do not share your login or post as someone else.
  • Do not make up results, testimonials or numbers. If something is a guess or an AI output you have not checked, say so.
  • The team posts with a gold team mark beside the name (hover or tap it to see the role: Owner, Admin or Moderator), so you always know when a post comes from us.

7. How to report a problem

Use the Report button on a post, comment or member and pick a reason. You do not need to be sure. A person reads every report; there is no automatic removal. Reported content may be hidden from view until it has been reviewed, and some content is held for review when it contains words we watch for.

You can also write to us: contact support or [support email]. We keep who reported what private.

8. What happens when the code is broken

Depending on what happened, we may remove a post, ask you to edit it, warn you, or end your membership. We tell you when we take action about your content or account, and why.

9. How to appeal

If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal in writing from the message we send you about it, or by contacting support. Someone who did not make the original decision reads your appeal.
